Abdul Wasay Lodhi

One developer. The whole product.

I design the database, write the API, build the interface and ship it to a live URL, for clients anywhere in the world.

Genesis

The record

Every commit is real. None are backdated. Here are the newest.

  1. c5a493dMake the inner worlds in idle time after the stone lands instead of before Enter, paint one artboard per frame, let a slow phone's count catch up, free the wheel past the last scene, and add ?perf to read frame rates on a real phone
  2. 303494bTell search engines what can be hired and for how much, and replace the old link preview with the stone itself
  3. 125430cStart Notes as drafts: four outlines for people about to pay for a product, with every missing fact marked, kept out of search until filled
  4. 450546eKeep going after the stone: each product's real screens sliding past, how it works step by step, what each budget buys, from draft to deployment, and who you'd be working with; FC Tactics Lab now says what it really runs (the solver began in C++ and runs in the browser)
  5. e039711Give every draft a cinematic layer: a branded intro, headlines rising out of a mask, a hero with depth, statements that light up as they scroll, cards that lean, and a wipe between pages
  6. c494785Let the sealed words leave with their scene, and offer the next idea
  7. a84a783Show draft to deployment as real artboards: the plan on blueprint paper, code beside the page filling in, and the finished page going live
  8. 5dd08feMake budgets buy pages, not paint: ordering and checkout, a shop with a turnable product, booking, a live demo, accounts, an owner dashboard and an assistant

76ed2e3 The first real version was a pile of effects with nothing to say. I tore it out. It stays in the history, because the history is the point.

FC Tactics Lab

Turns a screenshot of your FC Mobile squad into the best Manager Mode formation and tactics for those exact players.

The game gives every player one rating and leaves the rest to guesswork: which of 34 formations, who plays where, how high the line sits, when to press.

FC Tactics Lab on a laptop: “Your squad. The right shape.” with a drop zone for screenshots
On a phone: the 3-4-3 Flat game plan on a pitch, fit 144.5, with out-of-position players flagged
The check-your-squad step: each card read from the screenshot, with its version and rank
On a phone: why each player is there, stat by stat, with the weak link marked
The game plan on a laptop: 3-4-3 Diamond on the pitch and all formations ranked by fit
On a phone: six formations ranked by fit, and the tactics they call for
  1. Read

The screenshot never leaves the phone. Text recognition runs in the browser, three passes over every image, and the passes vote on each name, rating and position.

  2. Match

Each name is matched against 995 cards. Typos are forgiven in long names but not in short ones, so PEPE stays Pepe.

  3. Solve

Every formation is tried. For each one, the Hungarian algorithm finds the exact best player for every slot, and the formation is judged on its average and on its weakest link.

  4. Explain

Every tactic comes with its reason, read from the starting eleven's real stats, plus three substitutions and what to change when you're losing.

The solver started life as a 616-line C++ program. The web version runs the same method in the browser, so the whole product is a static site.

IronLog

A workout log that needs no signal: 409 exercises, automatic personal records, and a rest timer that keeps counting when the phone locks.

Basement gyms have no signal, and most workout apps stop working the moment they lose it.

IronLog home screen: 140 workouts, 694,547 kg lifted, and the week's routines
A workout in progress: sets of weight and reps for seated overhead press and cable front raise
Progress: estimated one-rep max, volume per session and body weight charted over time
History: a calendar of training days and every past workout, with personal records marked
Settings: “All data is stored only on this device”, with export, import and erase
  1. Plan

A routine for each day, built from a library of 409 exercises.

  2. Log

Weight and reps for every set, ticked off as you go. A new personal record is spotted on its own; there's nothing to work out.

  3. Rest

The rest timer keeps counting when the phone locks, and tells you when it's time.

  4. Keep

Every set stays on the phone. One tap exports the lot as a file. Nothing is ever sent anywhere.

Services

What it costs

Every project starts at $3k. The price is agreed before any code is written, and it doesn't move.

  1. $3k–5k

    A landing page that moves

One page with one job: a sign-up, a booking, a sale. Written with you, designed, built and live on your domain.

    • Launch page
    • Waitlist
    • Product teaser
  2. $5k–10k

The site that does the work

Everything above, plus the part your customers actually use.

    • Order and pay from the menu
    • A shop with checkout
    • Online booking
    • A live product demo
  3. $10k–25k

    A product with accounts

Everything above, plus the reasons people come back: sign-in, saved history, their own space.

    • Accounts
    • Order tracking
    • Workspaces
    • Reminders
  4. $25k+

    The whole platform

Everything above, plus the side only you see, and the parts nobody thought could be built.

    • Owner dashboard with live numbers
    • An assistant that answers customers
    • Dark mode
    • Whatever you're imagining

In every tier

  • Your domain, connected
  • Fast on a mid-range phone
  • Built to be found on search
  • The code and every key, yours

Process

From draft to deployment

  1. Draft

You describe the idea in plain words. I turn it into a clear plan from start to finish: what gets built, in what order, what it costs and when it ships. Coding starts once you've signed off on it.

  2. Build

I build it in stages, and you can open each one on your own phone as it lands. You see progress, not promises.

  3. Ship

I deploy it, connect your domain and watch it under real traffic. Once the final invoice is paid, the code and every key are yours. No lock-in.

Python and Django, TypeScript, React and Next.js, C++, SQL, Cloudflare. I use AI like a power tool: it makes me fast; the decisions stay mine.

About

Who you'd work with

Me. No account manager, no hand-off to someone cheaper: the person you talk to is the person writing the code.

I work from Karachi, with clients anywhere, in English.

I don't take every project. If your idea isn't one I can build well, you'll hear that in my first reply, along with why.

Your turn

Describe the idea everyone told you was impossible.

A few sentences is enough. Tell me what it should do, who it's for and which range you're in. I'll tell you honestly whether I can build it, and how.
