The record

Every commit is real. None are backdated. Here are the newest.

  1. 042ddadOpen a recruiter's lane: a one-page CV with the paid roles on offer and what backs each one, experience, projects, skills, education and languages, a clean print layout to save as PDF, and a CV link in the bar and footer; switch on cookieless Google Analytics
  2. 6e80940Lead with the name and the trade in the title and description, mark the home page as Abdul Wasay Lodhi's profile, cache images for a month and strip their metadata, link every case study from the footer, and get ready for Search Console and cookieless Google Analytics
  3. 807dd8bSet the site in Bricolage with an italic serif for the second half of every headline and Instrument Sans for reading; a cooler night with moonlight through the window; page-shaped soft shadows in the catalogue and no block showing when a page lifts; drop the taped photographs, the running head and the bar's little slab; add llms.txt, keep model-training crawlers out, and state that the work isn't licensed for copying
  4. a9b22dfAllow plain navigation to the home page in lint, for the same reason as its links
  5. 56f0798Leave the photographs' way home to the browser itself
  6. f52410aGive the site the air of a room: sun through a window with a branch moving in it by day, a lamp and turning dust by night, paper grain, the strata as a contour map, a running head and a section ruler in the margins in place of the scrollbar, and photographs of the stone left on the table that lead back to each moment; the opening's Scroll is now a button; the work scenes give up sharpness sooner on weak phones
  7. 20d5fb2Swap the poster for the stone's catalogue: a book on the table you open and leaf through, page by page, into the case studies; add night and day for the whole site, catalogue numbers and layered rules for each section, notes in the margin, the time in Karachi, a cursor that names what it's over, and a footer name that pours into place
  8. 0ca4f72Draw the work sharp again: while a product's world fills the glass the stone renders at a higher resolution on its own budget, which only gives way if those scenes run slow

76ed2e3 The first real version was a pile of effects with nothing to say. I tore it out. It stays in the history, because the history is the point.

Every project starts at $3k. The price is agreed before any code is written, and it doesn't move.

From draftto deployment

  1. Draft

You describe the idea in plain words. I turn it into a clear plan from start to finish: what gets built, in what order, what it costs and when it ships. Coding starts once you've signed off on it.

  2. Build

I build it in stages, and you can open each one on your own phone as it lands. You see progress, not promises.

  3. Ship

I deploy it, connect your domain and watch it under real traffic. Once the final invoice is paid, the code and every key are yours. No lock-in.

Python and Django, TypeScript, React and Next.js, C++, SQL, Cloudflare. I use AI like a power tool: it makes me fast; the decisions stay mine.

Who you'dwork with

Me. No account manager, no hand-off to someone cheaper: the person you talk to is the person writing the code.

I work from Karachi, with clients anywhere, in English.

I don't take every project. If your idea isn't one I can build well, you'll hear that in my first reply, along with why.

Questionspeople ask

How much does a project cost?

Every project starts at $3k. A landing page sits at $3k–5k, a site with ordering, checkout, booking or a live demo at $5k–10k, a product with accounts at $10k–25k, and a whole platform from $25k. The exact price is agreed before any code is written.

What happens after I describe my idea?

I reply honestly: whether I can build it well, and how. If we go ahead, I turn it into a plan from start to finish: what gets built, in what order, what it costs and when it ships. Coding starts once you've signed off on it.

Will I see progress while it's being built?

Yes. It's built in stages, and you can open each one on your own phone as it lands.

Who owns the code?

You do. Once the final invoice is paid, the code and every key are yours. No lock-in.

Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?

Yes. I work remotely with clients anywhere in the world, in English, and price in US dollars.

Your turn

Describe the idea everyone told you was impossible.

A few sentences is enough. Tell me what it should do, who it's for and which range you're in. I'll tell you honestly whether I can build it, and how.
